Accessibility
We want the shop to work for everyone. Here is where we stand and how to tell us when it doesn't.
Our aim
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of building the shop rather than an afterthought.
What we have done
- The shop can be navigated and operated using a keyboard alone.
- We aim for sufficient colour contrast between text and its background.
- We respect the “reduced motion” setting and avoid unnecessary animation.
- Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text.
- We use clear, structured headings and labelled form fields.
Where we know we can do better
Accessibility is ongoing. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target, and we keep reviewing the shop as we make changes.
