How to cancel or return an order, and what happens with faulty goods.

For ordinary goods bought online you have a cancellation period of 14 days, starting the day after you receive your order, during which you can change your mind. To cancel, just tell us within that period.
After cancelling you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be returned in their original condition. We refund the price you paid once we have received the returned items or proof that you have sent them. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
This change-of-mind right is subject to the condition of the goods and to the exceptions allowed by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
If an item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a remedy under your statutory rights — which may be a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. These rights are separate from, and in addition to, the change-of-mind right above. Contact us and we will sort it out.

Email us at hello@cancelledclothing.shop with your order details and let us know whether you are cancelling, returning a change-of-mind item, or reporting a fault. We will confirm the next steps.
